We are experts at solving corrosion problems in centre pivot systems, thanks to our ground-breaking blasting and coating system.
How We Do It
Once we have rebuilt the riser and 90-degree centre point pipes, we grit blast the insides of all pipes using our specialist spin blast machine. We also grit blast the outsides to the correct blast profile. This ensures that the specified coating will adhere properly to the surface, providing an effective protection against corrosion.
The internal and external coating of all pipes is applied to Australian Standard coating specifications.
Even better, it’s completely safe for you to use all fertilisers for fertigation without affecting the coating. Your centre pivot irrigation system will once again be fully-functional, completely safe and corrosion-free!
